ABOUT ME

BEHIND THE LENS

My academic background as a Professional Communications Major and Law Minor at Old Dominion University, makes me an excellent candidate as a business professional and budding knowledge worker.

My most memorable projects conducted follows:

  • At the Guyana National Bureau of Standards (GNBS) I functioned as a Technical Officer to Standards development countrywide across industries? in Business, Manufacturing and Hospitality.
  • The United States Navy (USN) conditioned me to be respectful and enthusiastic about my career choices.
  • At the Advantage Nissan Dealership creation and design of flyers, work memos for promotional events, among many other duties increased my skill set.
  • Dish Network warehouse abilities enabled me to better understand and cooperate with a network of behind the scene personnel and strategies, enforcing production and efficiency.
  • At USPS my understanding of timeliness, work ethic and organization culture were my greatest learning curves.

I currently offer my services at the Kitsap County Dispute Resolution Center, a major community service, where I collaborate with a group of professional mediators, attorneys, and educators.

I help clients in schools, at the Kitsap Juvenile Center, Small Claims Court, mental health centers, and many other community settings by facilitating discussion as a certified Mediator to help solve disputes peacefully and out-of-court. I also represent the community in a monthly Theft Prevention Circle for offenders seeking second chances.

Conflict resolution philosophy, concepts, following a process model and specific behavioral skills are exercised as needed for a working role as a mediator. I love assisting parties in conflict to find mutually agreeable solutions. CLE ethics credits are attained in my activities.

Let me show you my accomplishments so I can help you! As I am a budding Knowledge worker looking to help you!
